Add almonds and water to the blender and work for 1 minute. Transfer to a milk bag and squeeze all the milk out over a bowl. (I didn't purchase a milk bag yet, so I used cheesecloth. It takes longer but works the same. )
Transfer to a jar and enjoy. Keeps in a fridge for 3 days. Bon Appétit!
Notes
It is natural for the almond milk to separate in the jar overnight. Don't be discouraged. Just stir it well and it will ready to serve.
