The best chickpeas recipe
Warm chickpeas covered with thick humus texture sauce that tastes salty and smoky but fresh and lemony at the same time. Beautiful healthy side alternative for potato lovers. More protein fewer calories.

Ingredients
- 400 gr chickpeas (with liquid)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 lemon juiced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp good quality olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients
- Put the chickpeas together with the liquid in a pot on high heat. When comes to a boil let boil for 1 min and then drain. Immediately add smoked paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly pressing1/4 of the chickpeas against the pot so a little mash absorbs all the flavors and covers the chickpeas with a thick flavorful sauce.
