Hello everyone, today we are making a magical Christmas and New Year entry- Miracle pomegranate syrup glazed baked salmon. This fish staple is both magnificent and easy to make. That is all that Holiday season is about to make an impressive feast and spend little to no time for it. Do you think you are a magician enough to do so? Sizzling salmon with little brown beats of caramel on top and juicy slightly sweet and sour flesh inside makes your mouth water. Esthetically presented fish with ruby red pomegranate kernels and refreshingly green parsley leaves give you the credit of being a master chef. Saved time on hands-free cooking allows you to take care of other important things during New Year’s Eve.
HOW TO FIND MAGIC IN EVERYDAY LIFE
We all expect magic to enter our life during the Holiday season, not abracadabra magic but a miracle sent to our lives by God. New job, new adventures, new house – you name it. I am positive that believing in miracles can be strengthened when we remind ourselves that our everyday life is full of them, we just have to make an effort to notice them. We all own treasures to be grateful for, starting from having people we love around us healthy and safe and ending with small things that brighten our days like a call from a forgotten friend, a painted stone with encouraging words found in an unexpected place on the street or a surprisingly good dinner that we conjured up ourselves. We also make magic and bring miracles to other people’s lives without realizing it. It goes the same another way we might call a forgotten friend and brighten up his day, we might be the one who paints the rocks and put them everywhere in the neighborhood as a good deed of choice, we might brighten somebody’s day by suggesting help that takes few minutes and costs nothing to us. And be positive your good cooking might change your loved ones’ day from a stressful to a miraculously amazing one.
HOW TO BE A MAGICIAN
“That is what all makers do. There is a fire that burns within each of us and there is a wind that blows.” Says Bonnie Sours Smith, the story maker. She wrote an essay in the Bella Grace magazine about the beauty of fire-making performed by her husband on the everyday evening which transforms their lives in a magical way…
“And we are all alchemists, transforming wood and words into fire and story.”
Bonnie Sours Smith
“This is the truth for all makers, no matter what material we choose: wood, clay, marble, fabric, flour, and water, words, music, paint, metal, plants. The list is infinite, whatever you create, whatever you do, you take something and you make something else, something new. You transform one thing into another. And in the process, as raw materials are changed, so are we, the makers.”
MIRACLE MAKING IN THE KITCHEN
If you visit this blog you are probably a person who is seeking ways of how to transform food into a feast without using magic. But there are still ways to spoil a dinner by bad cooking, aren’t there? A person who cooks dinner is an alchemist indeed but not yet a miracle maker.
A person who cooks a scrumptious dinner is a miracle maker!
Back to our kitchen magic. Let’s transform our raw piece of salmon into a magnificent festive party centerpiece and make the day of the people we care about.
Do you want to find out how to make a miracle with your festive fish entry? You got it!

I hope that insight into our everyday life’s magical transformations will encourage you to do more random acts of kindness and believe more.
God says if we have a belief in the size of the grain we can move mountains. Let’s believe in kindness a be the kindness ourselves.
I don’t use clay or wood for transformation miracles. I use food to transform the world of the people I love into a better place to live. If you haven’t tried cooking as a kindness technique I encourage you to do so. You are going to like it as soon as your cooking turns out to be miraculously life-changing. Follow the recipes in our blog and your success as a great chef is guaranteed.
