Digestion Herbal Tea – Balanced Belly

tea for perfect digestion

Hello everyone! Are you the one who always suffering from some belly discomfort during the first week (or maybe all the way through) the Lent period? If yes, this digestion herbal tea recipe is designed especially for you!

“Balanced belly” digestion herbal tea to soothe the digestion and bloating during the Lenten change of diet is the answer to all your problems.

I found this recipe in a book by Jessica Jean Weston “Healing smoothies and juices”. Jessica is a certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition). Jessica is a founder of Superfresh Organic café in Brattleboro Vermont.

Take this herbal tea after a meal to help your body to transition and adjust.

Except for the healing digestive properties, Balanced Belly herbal Tea has amazing citrus flavors! Think orange zest, cardamom, lemon balm, ginger. Aromatic roots and herbs to boost your mood and support the healthy energy level!

Speaking of energy levels, to keep going during the strenuous lenten period without despondency, I recommend making Matcha Latte. This green tea-based drink works better than coffee and does not cause a caffeine crash.

Try it and let me know in the comments if it truly helps! My family is in the middle of an experiment. Join the tribe!

After eating this incredible meal, you will become a pinch happier, I promise!
