Almond mylk

Homemade almond mylk

Hello everyone,

How about some milk? Almond Mylk I meant. 3 – Minute homemade almond mylk from the nuts of choice with zero added sweeteners and preservatives? I’m in!

The upcoming Great Lent is around the corner, I want to give you some Lenten staples to keep in your fridge, and one of them is homemade almond . A is a beautiful base for any breakfast smoothie is easy to make and worries free regarding sketchy preservatives.

Why waste time that I do not have, for making my own mylk? Come on, you don’t have 3 minutes?

Why bother anyway? Don’t you want to eat natural and healthy food with zero input?

Do you like your mylk to be a bit sweet? Go ahead and add a spoon of honey, maple syrup, lukuma etc. Much more healthier than industrial sweetener do you agree?

Try it! Makes you feel good and look good!

After eating this incredible meal, you will become a pinch happier, I promise!

Bon Appétit!

It is natural for the almond milk to separate in the jar overnight.  Don't be discouraged. Just stir it well and it will ready to serve.
